We are pleased to announce that Alfawise Malaysia Online Payment is now available, providing a faster, more secure, and more convenient purchasing experience.

You may now make payment using:

• Credit / Debit Card

• Atome (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Why You’ll Love Paying with Atome

• 0% Interest on 3-Month Plan: Pay 1/3 upfront and split the rest seamlessly over 2 months with 0% insterest and zero extra fee.
• Flexible Extended Options (6, 9 & 12 Months): For longer tenures, extended plans are available subject to individual Atome account approval, with standard processing fees applied directly in the Atome app at checkout.
  • The installment rate is calculated at 1.5% of the order amount per month, divided equally over the chosen payment plan.
  • For example, RM700 single order is placed with 6 months instalment option:
    – Installment rate of 1.5% per month: RM10.50 (RM700 x 1.5%)
    – Total installment rate amount: RM 63 (RM10.50 x 6 months)
    – Final bill after adding installment rate: RM763 (RM700 + RM63)
    – How much to pay per month: RM127.17 (RM763 / 6 months)

Important Information:

• A minimum RM4,100 is required in a single purchase to enable Atome Instalment Payment.

• Eligible customers may enjoy instalment plans of up to 12 months.

• The instalment tenure offered varies from customer to customer.

• Instalment eligibility, available tenure, and approval are determined solely by Atome based on its internal credit assessment.

• Alfawise cannot guarantee or influence the instalment plan offered.

We encourage all distributors to introduce this new payment option responsibly and accurately. The addition of Atome provides customers with greater payment flexibility and helps create a smoother purchasing experience.

 

1. Why is my customer offered only 3, 6, or 9 months instead of 12 months?

Atome determines the available instalment tenure based on its own assessment. Different customers may receive different instalment options.

 

2. Can Alfawise request Atome to increase the instalment period?

No. Alfawise has no access to or influence over Atome’s approval process.

 

3. What if the customer is not approved?

The customer may choose another available payment method, such as Credit/Debit Card or contact Atome Customer Support for enquiries regarding their Atome account.
