Each Mira device comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, as shown on your Alfawise invoice. The warranty covers defects under normal use (excluding damage caused by misuse).

4. Can I replace my device if it fails shortly after purchase?
Yes. Mira comes with a 15-day trial period. If a non-human fault or defect occurs within this period, please contact Customer Service at 0800-860-886. Upon verification, a replacement may be provided.
5. Does the device need an 8-hour charge every time?
No. An 8-hour full charge is only required before first use or if the device has not been used for an extended period.
6. Can I return the product after purchase?
Once the shrink wrap is removed, the product cannot be returned, in accordance with our warranty, return, and buyback policy.
