If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact Alfawise Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase or visit one of our business locations. Please ensure that products are unopened, in resalable condition, and returned with all original items.

Alfawise offers the Alfawise Points Program, where every purchase of a product with PV earns you corresponding Alfawise Points (AP). You can check your accumulated points anytime through your personal account dashboard.
You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you’ve forgetten it.
If a payment is declined, please contact your credit card company to resolve any issues. Alternatively, you can add a different card or payment method and use it to complete your payment.
